• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, and interaction patterns
• Crash Reports: Technical information about app crashes to improve stability

1.3 AI-Powered Features

When you use our AI item identification feature, photos are processed to identify items. These images are:

• Processed using Google's Gemini AI technology
• Used solely for the purpose of identifying items in your photos
• Not used to train AI models
• Not shared with third parties for marketing purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and sync your inventory data across devices
• Enable AI-powered item identification
• Send service-related notifications
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Export

You can access all your data within the app and request an export of your data at any time.

5.2 Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data through the app settings. This will permanently remove:

• Your account information
• All locations, rooms, boxes, and items
• All uploaded photos
• Usage history and preferences

5.3 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of your personal information (we don't sell your data)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
