Box ID: A Name That Never Breaks Your Labels
Physical labels have one job: still be right next month. Version 2026.1.1 gives every box an identity that can't go stale, and smooths out the AI and printing workflows around it.
Box ID: like "Happy Blue Tiger"
Here's the problem with labeling a box by its name: names change. "Kitchen — misc" becomes "Holiday dishes" after a reorganization, and suddenly the label on the shelf lies to you.
Every box now gets a unique three-word identifier — something like Happy Blue Tiger — that stays the same no matter how many times you rename the box. Write it on the box, print it on a label, or just remember it. It's short enough to say out loud across the garage, and it never goes out of date.
Smarter AI suggestions
AI identification used to be all-or-nothing: regenerate everything or fix fields by hand. Now you can redo AI suggestions for individual fields when adding items — correct the name, then regenerate the description and category based on your change.
Printing and export fixes
Collection printing and QR code downloads now format correctly across all devices. What you see is what prints.
