Yes! Cratify offers a free Basic tier that includes up to 250 items, 50 boxes, 2 locations, and 50 AI scans per month. You can upgrade to Premium or Lifetime when you need more capacity.
If you subscribed through the App Store, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. If you subscribed through the web, go to Settings → Subscription in the Cratify app to manage your plan. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Each box in Cratify gets a unique QR code that you can print and attach physically. When you scan the code with your phone's camera, Cratify instantly shows you everything inside that box — no searching required.
Cratify's AI analyzes photos you take and automatically identifies items, suggests categories, and can detect multiple items in a single photo. It's powered by Google Gemini AI, so it gets smarter over time.
Yes! You can share entire locations with family members, giving them view or edit access. Everyone stays on the same page about where things are stored. Sharing is available on all plans.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure powered by Google Cloud. Your inventory data is private by default and only visible to people you explicitly share with. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Cratify is available on iOS, Android, and as a web app at thecratesapp.com/app. Your data syncs seamlessly across all devices, so you can add items on your phone and search on your computer.
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Cratify app. This will permanently remove all your data. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your app store or payment provider.
